Functieomschrijving

Your role :

  • You will be responsible for the payroll activities (Blue & White collar) for the offices in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • You will be responsible for correct and timely payment of salaries and premiums in cooperation with the external payroll providers
  • Maintain payroll & time records so that information is accurate and secure
    • Perform recurrent internal payroll audits
    • Ensure time registration input and follow up of parental leave, time credit, sickness leave, vacation… in order to prepare the payroll
    • Take care of the administration management in terms of payroll
    • Produce recurring (standard) payroll related reports
    • Give timely, accurate payroll advice to HR managers and clarifies any compensation and benefit-related questions that employees have
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in different projects (process optimizations, tax rulings, insurance tenders,...) depending on your interest.

Profiel

Who we’re looking for:

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in the various features of the Belgian payroll
    • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
    • You have a good knowledge of Excel
    • You are mathematically/analytical focused
    • You show good time management and accuracy skills
    • You have the correct service mind-set
    • You know how to handle confidential information
    • Excellent communicator
    • You like to work autonomously
