Functieomschrijving Your Role:
As a payroll & HR Administration Officer, you will be responsible for all payroll-related activities and social administration.
You will act as an advisor in social legislation, payroll-related matters and the administration of extra-legal benefits.
Within the HR department, you will be jointly responsible for:
The correct processing of salaries for blue-collar and white-collar workers through e-blox software package (SD Worx)
Management of the HR-related databases (in, out, changes,...)
General personnel administration (social documents, certificates, personnel files, etc.) and administration with regards to insurance (pension plan & medical)
Follow-up and application of changes in labour and social legislation as well as changes in our internal procedures
Acting as the first point of contact regarding payroll & administration-related questions.
The follow-up of HR-related statistics (headcount, evolution of remuneration, absences, ...)
Various HR-related projectsProfiel Requirements and Skills
You have a bachelor's degree (HR, finance, legal or other) or equivalent through experience
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
You are experienced with payroll & time registrations systems, E-blox is a must.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
You are discrete, accurate, organized, and capable of prioritising your tasks and taking initiative.
You can work independently and as a team
You are communicative, service-oriented and easily make contacts.
