Functieomschrijving Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Generalist description.
You have a medior level in HR, as well operational as with a view on the strategic aspects.

Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Wants to put her/his fingerprint in a growing company
  • Payroll and all Human resources activities linked to it
  • Develop, follow and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage partially the recruitment and selection process: no pro-active search (except for backoffice employee) but realize the administrative follow-up on that part.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, on an operational role. Think out of the box to continuously think and lead change to increase the productivity to handle the HR department
  • Maintain and ensure evolution of HR Processes
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Develop the HR department (able to setup the foundation for HR team growth)
  • Document and provide visibility on HR activities through Management reporting & board
  • Establish & maintain KPI’s
  • Drive HR control & audit
ProfielYou have the following requirements :
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent by experience
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
  • You speek fluently French, English and have good knowledges in Dutch
  • Not a 9 to 5 mentality, open mentality
  • Someone who will act as a partner with the Executive Management
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, reporting, time management and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
