What you will have the chance to do :

  • Building proactively candidates pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels
  • Communication and collaboration with managers, employees and vendors
  • Ensuring there is a specific approach for each of our target populations and recruitment needs
  • Being a partner for our suppliers and developing new partnerships
  • Developing a yearly recruitment plan with all actions and reporting on the quality of different pipelines in order to improve for the future
  • Tracking KPI’s and following up on the recruitment budget
  • Planning and attending career fairs, networking events and other recruitment related events to identify best practice
Profiel
  • You have a Master degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • You are trilingual (French, Dutch & English)
  • You have at least 4 years of full lifecycle recruitment experiment and gathered considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to staffing and onboarding
  • You have proven Project & Process management skills ( analytical skills, decision taking, power of persuasion, result oriented)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office products, social media and Applicant Tracking systems
  • You are able to plan and prioritize work independently
