What You Will Have To Do

Proactively build candidates pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels, including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc.

Make sure there is a specific approach for each of our target populations and recruitment needs. (inflow, employer branding, internal mobility, diversity,…)

Be a partner for our suppliers (Website, interim, Voka,…) and develop new partnerships.

Develop a yearly recruitment plan with all actions and report on the quality of different pipelines to improve for the future.

Track KPI’s and follow up on the recruitment budget.

Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment related events to identify best practice

Take the lead in the research, recommendation, and implementation of innovative sourcing methods and improved processes

Initiate, lead and implement recruitment projects related to improvement, new business and expansion initiatives (Diversity, Standardization, building recruitment inflow for our German office, ....)


What You Must Be Able To Do

  • You have obtained a master degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • You have good working knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
  • You have 4+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • You have proven Project and Process management skills (analytical skills, decision taking, power of persuasion, result oriented,…)
  • You have gathered considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding.
  • You are detail oriented & Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media and various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • You have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with managers, employees and vendors.
  • You have the ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
  • You are proactive, take initiative and come up with new creative ideas.
  • You are a real teamplayer and are willing to help your colleagues in the selection of candidates if needed (exception)
