Functieomschrijving- You will have to design, develop and implement the required processes together with a social secretariat and align with the existing Payroll administration
- You have to manage the projects to contract the social secretariat including the development of the interfaces, structuring data and control mechanisms
- You will create the payroll administration and the administrative processes
- You are responsible for the HR Analytics
- You have to make the budgets and will be responsible for the cost control regarding the HR budget
- You report on all HR KPI’s including the workforce planning
- You manage the personnel administration, the insurances, the absences, the car fleet, the housing (expats), etc
- You manage the expatriate payroll together with a specialised tax firm
Profiel- You have a Bachelor - or Master degree in a related field or you are equivalent by experience
- You have excellent project management skills
- You have a very good knowledge about social legislation
- You are able to work independently
- Excellent computer skills are needed: MS Office, especially Excel, payroll softwares
- Good knowledge of business Dutch and English is required
- You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a HR function
