The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support in specialized functions of HR such as Personnel Administration, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment or Onboarding.

  • Participate in recruitment process (job advertisement, definition of the profile, recruit temporary contracts, …)
  • Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage the payroll activity with the external payroll vendors
  • Keep the HR database updated & maintain personnel/confidential files in compliance with data protection obligations
  • Be responsible for HR invoices & external provider contracts
  • Analyze HR data and produce HR reports
  • Participate in global HR projects concerning employee services
  • Keep yourself up to date on social legislation changes
  • Work with sensitive, confidential and complex information and issues
  • Be responsible for all HR admin processes in your defined countries

Your profile

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing, support and specialized function of HR such as personal administartion, compensation, benefits, recruitment or onboarding.

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related degree.
  • You have a first significant experience in HR administration &/or payroll and a good understanding of Belgian taxation & benefits system.
  • You speak fluently Dutch, French & English.
  • You are motivated, dedicated, reliable and love working autonomously with a high sense of responsibility.
