Functieomschrijving In this role as Compensation & Benefits Manager,  you will manage the total compensation value chain: Grading, benchmarking, payroll, benefit and insurance management, tax and labour law, policies and compliance.
You have the following responsibilities:
  • You will develop, implement and run a flexible benefit approach corresponding to different European country regulations;
  • You wil liaise with local authorities (social security, social inspection, ...) and legal counsel ensuring compliance with local legislation;
  • You will supervise the correct processing of the payroll in all aspects;
  • You will optimise internal processes and propose changes based on best practices to ensure effectiveness and cost efficiency;
  • You will Manage Compensation & Benefits Projects;
  •  You will supervise one direct report, who is in charge of payroll;
  • You will coordinate the salary review process.
Profiel
  • You have work experience at least 8 years in payroll and compensation & benefits.
  • You have work experience in an international organisation.
  • You have a Master’s degree in HR management, law or similar.
  • You have good knowledge of labour law in different EU countries.
  • You are a strategic agile leader and analytical thinker.
  • You enjoy working with a multitude of stakeholders.
  • You are solution-oriented, can-do attitude.
  • You have excellent command of English (both spoken and written) and good working knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset

You will be part of the HR team and report to the HR Director.
