  • Taking notes during meetings and summarize it
  • Sending mails and being active in email management
  • Managing the treatment and the update of incoming documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing recommended users
  • Checking the publications in the monitor concerning bankruptcy, succession and provisional administration files
  • Bankruptcies: filing claims for bankruptcy files, managing the letters from curators, clients and also the closure of files following the bankruptcy, excusable or not.
Profiel

If you are the profile we are looking for :

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in administration
  • You have a social and positive attitude and you are a team player
  • You are a quick learner
  • you have the ability to work efficiently and respect the deadlines therefore you are a punctual person;
  • You are able to manage the administrative follow-up of different files
  • You speak fluently French, Dutch and English
