KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED

Budget /Sales:

  • Prepares annual budget for the territory by volume and value.
  • Identifies the potential customers and converts them as a Customer.
  • Achieves budgeted sales at the price and terms of payment specified in the budget.
  • Collaborates on a local level with global account management.

Price Realization:

  • Prepares customer wise detailed plan for achieving price realization/ contribution.
  • Recommends and implements appropriate strategies for price realization.
  • Achieves overall contribution incorporated in the budget.
  • Negotiates with customer: prices and other conditions within the range authorized by the sales "director".

Collection of outstanding:

  • Ensures collection from the customers as per the agreed terms.
  • Analyze the outstanding and recommends & takes actions to expedite the collection

Customer Service:

  • Anticipates various problems/issues and proactively takes corrective actions to avoid loss of business.
  • Proactive and planned customer visits to understand requirements, create relationship & feedback to customer service.
  • Ensures timely corrective and preventive action to resolve the customer complaints.
  • Provides techno commercial information and clarification required by the customers from time to time.

Market Information:

  • Collects and compiles market information on various aspects related to customers, products and competition;
  • Analyses information and recommends appropriate strategy to management
Profil

SPECIFIC NOTES AND REQUIERMENTS

  • 5-8 years’ Sales experience in Pharma required; additionally experience in Neutraceutical sales will be an advantage
  • Candidates with experience in selling capsules will be best fit; Candidates with B to B sales experience in API’s, excipients and Pharma consumables will be the 2nd preference.
  • Readiness for extensive travelling within Germany, Belgium, Netherlands & at times in other EU countries
  • Fluency in German & English is required; Proficiency in more European languages will be an added advantage;
  • The candidate should have proven ability to work independently cross cultural environment.

Our client offer a complete range of solutions beginning with empty capsules; granulation and tablet coating; capsule filling; tabletting; packaging films; blister packing and carton packing to the end-of-line solutions and track and trace systems.
