Description de fonctionAs Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization of investment projects at our client's site located in the Noorderkempen. Within this department, they offer services in the areas of real estate, engineering, strategic project execution, and facilities management.
You will lead projects from concept to delivery according to the IDEA and FPX methodology. You will translate the needs of internal stakeholders into technical solutions, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Main responsibilities - Managing multiple capital projects (€500k – €10MM) simultaneously.
- Defining and planning projects in line with the business strategy.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams (internal & external).
- Drawing up project implementation plans and communication plans.
- Monitoring costs, planning, cash flow, and risks.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations (including FDA) and internal standards.
- Actively contributing to a strong safety culture on the construction site.
- Completing projects, including handover, documentation, and evaluation.
Profil- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in capital projects.
- Knowledge of utilities, HVAC, and E&I.
- Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and talent for collaboration.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (max. 10%).
