As a Service Desk Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our customers to answer technical questions or solve problems, both for software and hardware solutions.

You are our organization's business card, so a “Think Customer First” approach is a must!

What is your role?

The Service Desk team you will be working in, consists of 35 colleagues in an international environment. Together, you are responsible of the first- and second-line support for our customers, who are seriously challenged themselves nowadays. You are also encouraged to participate from time to time in projects that aim to improve our services. You have strong technical talents or are willing to develop in this area. You get the opportunity to solve complicated problems: by phone, email or remotely (nationally and internationally). You show initiative and know how to analyze and prioritize questions from customers. You are a good listener, have empathy and think in terms of solutions. To that end, you are willing to make an extra effort. If you are unable to resolve it yourself, you can call upon the knowledge and skills of our specialists and, of course, your enthusiastic colleagues.

  • Knowledge of hardware and software
  • Solution-oriented, analytical level of thinking, accurate and stress-resistant
  • A good knowledge of German and English
  • Passionate and a team player
  • Clarify customer needs within the organization
  • Good communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented approach
  • Passion for perfect customer services, just like how you would like to be helped yourself
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in IT or equal by experience
