As an after sales engineer, you play a key role in the further development and growth of our global spare parts business. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers worldwide receive the right support and solutions throughout the lifetime of their equipment.
Profil- International customer-facing experience (30% travel)
- Strong technical background in industrial machinery / machine-building environments
- Spare parts management & after-sales support
- Technical problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer relationship management
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset
- Experience with pricing and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical information into customer-focused solutions
- Fluent English communication skills
