Job description

For one of our pharmaceutical clients in Beerse, we are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN. 

As supply chain manager, you will:

  • Assist the Business Support Senior Coordinator in providing training and support to Affiliate Supply Management associates regarding demand planning, downstream distribution planning, inventory planning and management (shelf life and artwork expiry) systems and processes, including master data and key parameters
  • Regularly train SME's in the various regions under a “train the trainer” approach for all Affiliate Supply Managementrelated processes
  • Partner with CLS teams to optimize the capacity planning and existing repackaging process in compliance with STAR and OLYMPUS initiatives
  • Manage the daily activities of the key user role (e.g. user access, process and system support (interfaces, root cause analysis & preventive/corrective actions, master data, etc.) training, documentation) around the SAP systems
  • Actively support the investigation and/or implementation of new technologies & processes (e.g. GRC user access tool, upgrade, OMP II, Actelion)
  • Drive, coordinate and manage system control/validation activities initiated from the Affiliate Supply Management team (follow up, User Acceptance Testing, implementing and documenting)
  • Support any new projects impacting ASM processes and systems 
Profile

As supply chain manager:

  • You have a university degree or equivalent based on strong experience
  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service and/or Logistics roles 
  • You possess experience or good understanding of demand planning, distribution planning, replenishment and business warehouses
  • You are fluent in business English
  • You have strong customer orientation and pro-active attitude
  • You look for collaboration with people from different organizations and at different levels of expertise
  • You are able to manage complexity and changing environment while guaranteeing highest standards of quality and compliance
  • You have a process oriented mindset and able to manage complexity and change. Strong project management competencies and experience
  • You are familiar with MS-Office tools
