Job description
  • You are responsible for the training of users worldwide during the roll-out of new EAM / ERP software (mainly) for maintenance, inventory management, purchasing and logistics.
  • You and your colleagues will train 1 500+ users through classroom courses, webinars and on the job coaching. This requires regular travel.
  • You are responsible for the training material that needs to be edited regularly.
Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or you have relevant experience as a trainer.
  • Experience with an ERP or EAM system implementation is an asset.
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inventory management, purchasing and logistics processes is an asset.
  • Comfortable in teaching larger groups and also during one-on-one coaching.
  • Fluent and a motivating speaker in both Dutch and English.
  • You are prepared to work on long-term assignments abroad at various locations (ships, offices, project sites).
