Completion and Workover Supervisor

Job description

⦁ Responsible for the well-site safety environment and for the resolution of the QHSE issues related to operation.
⦁ Responsible for the onsite implementation of completion, work over, stimulation and other downhole activities.
⦁ Responsible for the on-site planning and execution of operation activities
⦁ Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with QHSE requirements and Company policy.
⦁ Update and maintain the site tool and material inventory.
⦁ Organize a good well handovers from and back to Drilling Department and/or Production District of Company;
⦁ Optimize operation procedures, summarize lessons learnt and identify areas for continuous improvement.


⦁ At least 5 years and/or more than 50 wells of proven working experience on the position of Completion and Work over Onsite Supervisor;
⦁ BS degree certificate of petroleum engineering or higher (Preferred BSc Petroleum Engineering)
⦁ Valid International well control training certificate (IADC or IWCF)
⦁ Valid Firefighting and First Aid certificate.
⦁ Familiar with all the tools used in the Completion and Work over Operations.
⦁ Capable of supervising vertical and horizontal well operations of Completion, Work over, ESP Installation, Stimulation, and Other Down-hole Activities, etc.
